How quickly can I see a physio? We can usually provide you with an appointment within 24 hours. We're open Mon to Thurs 7.30am–6.40pm and Fri & Sat 7..30am-2pm. How long are the appointments? All appointments are 35 minutes long. Do I need a referral? No. However, if you do have a referral, please bring it along to assist our communication with your referring practitioner. What should I wear? Wear loose, comfortable clothing that will not restrict your movement.
